This is scary. I think i have finally,albeit reluctantly,come to the realisation that I have gained a tremendous amount of weight. It is no longer funny. It is disturbing.

And while I am glad I have finally faced the truth, and can now start working on loosing the weight, I am dissapointed in myself. How have I managed to let myself slip so far? Where was the dicipline? where was the strength and motivation? where was the love for MY body?



Loosing weight is hardly about diets or detox's. It's about changing your lifestyle and I am going to change mine.



It took a look at some old photos for me to realise what I am and more importantly, what I was,


and I like what I was.



Not what I am.

Law games was undeniably fun. It was the BEST law games ever. Team Meow Won!!..kudos to our star players Ash,for his speed and agility, Leon for his skill at blocking the ball and Austin for his skill at catching the ball!. The girls were Rough!!..great job guys!
